From your examinations and investigations choose two social media applications/tools would you recommend as being of the most benefit to libraries.
Give reasons why you recommend these two tools?

Facebook and YouTube
Facebook can reach most library users faster as the majority of the community have a Facebook account.

YouTube can be easily accessed by library users and also with YouTube the library can tell stories about events in the community and can convey information about the library.
